Robert Schaeffer, President & CEO of D & D Elevator will be honored at the 43^rd Annual Memorial Invitational Outing

We here at D & D Elevator, are very proud that Bob is being recognized for all that he is done for the elevator industry.  Not only is Bob known in New York but, he has done considerable work for elevator companies nationwide.  He has served on the Board of Directors of NAEC, of which he was elected president, and was given both the Presidents Club and William C. Sturgeon Distinguished Service Awards.  As Education Chairman, he was essential to the development of the Certified Education Training Program.  Bob is now serving on the Board of Directors for Elevator World.

This outing is generally referred to as the “Pop” Frohlinger Joe Marchese golf tournament.  It’s one of the most heavily attended events held in the New York elevator industry and all the proceeds go to the Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation.   This organization is the leading resource for educational programs that teach children and adults how to properly ride elevators, escalators and moving walkways safely.
