Among other things, we:

• Completed our largest construction job of eight (8) new cars, in White Plains, that includes hotel and retail space
• Conducted a combination of 85 modernizations and new construction jobs
• Enjoyed an organic growth of 9% in maintenance, which, combined with our acquisition of Arco, allowed us to increase our maintenance base by 50%
• Added expert staff to our roster, including: Michele Smith, Administrative Assistant for Maintenance & Repair, Frank Campione, Director of Field Safety & Training, Cathy Bennet, Administration – Accounting and Test Scheduling, Carlos Salcedo, Scheduling Coordinator
• Launched an all-new Internet presence that has been a huge "hit" -- bringing us many thousands of new visitors, increasing daily, many with comments about how helpful the site has been to their business
• Continued our branding campaign in Westchester’s leading business media
• Completed our office expansion that included a new sales area
• Revamped the education department for a more streamlined process
