Kristin Ruman

Kristin is the Dispatcher/Scheduling Coordinator for D & D. Many of Kristin's job responsibilities include; assisting the dispatcher with incoming calls from customers requesting service and/or maintenance. She assigns and dispatches field personnel to jobs, creates follow-up job tickets and properly schedules technicians to achieve optimal results. Daily, Kristin monitors the scheduling database, will make changes as necessary to optimize productivity goals and objectives. Along with the above, she will notify managers and field personnel on the status of equipment and the condition of jobs.

She comes to us with a very extensive background in customer service, in a recent job she brings with her service skills as an international travel consultant. She has the ability to communicate with multiple customers and service personnel at one time, keeping in mind the sense of urgency that is needed on each job.
