Grace joined the D&D Sales Team in January 2019 as Sales Liaison & Customer Relations. Her responsibilities are to develop, establish and maintain customer relationships, ensuring they have a positive experience when working with D&D.
Throughout Grace’s 35-year career, she has held a variety of executive sales and marketing leadership roles, as well as being recognized for sales achievements in the elevator industry. Grace began her career at Otis Elevator where her experience went from Otisline, the 24-hour service center, to Account Manager where she worked with both Foxwoods and Mohegan Resorts Casinos. Grace worked with ThyssenKrupp Ag, as New Construction Manager and eventually Vice President of Sales where she oversaw 7 regional offices and a large salesforce. In her most recent position, Grace moved to the supplier side of the industry working with Columbia Elevator Products as their Director of Marketing and Business Development where she identified new market and sales opportunities.
Grace truly understands what drives both sides of this industry and is skilled in forging strong customer relations and programs that add value. Known for being a true champion of the customer, with an incomparable skill set and extraordinary business ethos, she is also known for her professional presentation and personable nature.
Grace is active in several industry organizations such as Westchester Business Executives, BRI, ECNY and the New York City Chamber of Commerce.
Grace holds a bachelor’s degree of Science/Business Administration from Teikyo Post University, Waterbury, CT and is working on a Master of New Product Development from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute of Hartford, CT
