On a daily basis, Lynn manages all open/closed violations and deficiencies along with tracking, expediting, curing all violations and deficiencies as necessary. She is also responsible for creating new proposals and will assist with the preparation and follow up of customer proposals. Lynn proactively works to obtain approval of open proposals for violations and deficiency work.
Lynn joined the D & D team with an extensive background in Sales and Customer Service. Lynn enjoys both and has made a career of it. She particularly likes the interaction between herself and customers, assisting them in achieving their goals and objectives.
In 2002, Lynn joined the Midland/Schindler Elevator group in collections. She then worked in several different departments with escalating responsibilities; starting with modernization, scheduling, accounts payable and receivable.
